One-to-one coaching for professionals stepping into international companies, new leadership roles, and rooms where the language isn't their first.
“There's a difference between managing people and leading them. Titles are given; respect isn't. I help people become the kind of leader others want to follow.”
You're not managing yet, but you want to be. You'd rather build the skills and judgement before the title arrives than learn them under pressure afterwards.
You want a team that's strong, healthy and actually wants to be there — not one that just does what it's told.
You're in the role but unsure how to sound like yourself in it — how to carry authority and be respected without hardening into someone you're not.
You want someone who will rehearse it with you until it's right — not hand you a list of tips and wish you luck.
I led operations and customer experience teams at Apple, then a team at Wise. I've hired, trained, and managed people across cultures and time zones, and coached colleagues through their own interviews and promotions along the way.
I work one-to-one with people at three points on the same path. Those aiming at leadership who want to build the skills and judgement before the title arrives. Those already leading who want to do it well — finding their own voice and style, fixing what isn't working in their team, or having someone experienced to think it through with as they grow into the role. And those who are good at what they do but need help translating that experience for an international audience, in an interview or in a language that isn't their first.
The part I'm proudest of isn't a target we hit. People on my teams did their best work because of how it felt to be there — and that came from treating them with respect and paying real attention. Teams give back what they're given, and that is most of what I teach now.
In the end, the biggest legacy any of us leaves behind is our people — and the lives we touched along the way.
I got through to second stage! Thank you so much Anna — you don't understand how much I appreciate the help you gave me on Saturday.
Thank you so much for all of your love and support during my journey to my promotion. Having you in my life is a blessing.
Anna, once again I can only thank you for your support and dedication to my development. When we are working together I only want to give the best of me — you bring motivation and will to my days. I might be wrong, but I see you as a friend.
I will miss you very much Anna. Thank you for everything you did for me to help me get my promotion. It has been really lovely working with you and I'm sure you have great things lined up coming your way. Keep up your good work ethic and like I said, always pop by and keep us up with how you're doing. All the very best my favourite manager.
Career coaching, interview preparation and leadership coaching — each session built around a single result, not a curriculum.
For growing companies with a team problem or a customer experience problem — and who want a specific fix, not a generic training day.
Send a short message about your situation and pick the session that fits. No forms to fill in before we talk.
We work through your specific situation live — a role, an interview, a conversation you're dreading — not a generic script.
You leave with a written plan: what to do next, what to say, and how to practice it before it matters.
Tell me briefly what you're working on — an interview, a new leadership role, a conversation you need to prepare for — and I'll reply with next steps.
